Great food, really needed soup, after so many cold days. Our friendly and attentive server Malik, made it an especially wonderful meal!

A little hole in the wall restaurant with tasty pho. Nice interior tastfully done. Service was prompt and very friendly. Tables were clean and chopsticks were the wooden ones that come in a paper wrapper. I had the "every type of meat in the bowl" pho. Broth was fairly standard and good - not too salty. Noodles were thin rice noodles and plentiful. Bowl was big. Came with standard add-ins (basil, sliced jalapeño, lime and bean sprouts). I liked the fact that the spoon in the bowl had a folded over lip at the top of the handle that hooked nicely onto the brim of the bowl. No more spoons swimming in my broth .

Great food, kind service. What more could you want? We had the Pho with steak and brisket and kids lemon grass chicken. Toddler had it for lunch and dinner and couldn't get enough.

First time there, I ordered the yellow chicken curry with rice It was really good!! I am not too much of a fan of coconut but you could not taste it at all! It is a small restaurant & the decor inside was super comfortable.

My family and I come up from Marin to this gem! One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! Portions are big, quality is great, people are nice! We've tried quite a bit of the menu from appetizers to entrees all are very good. Lemon grass chicken, grilled pork chops, curry, birdnest all yummy. You can't go wrong here. It's always busy with takeout and sit in dining.

Service was great and food was fantastic!! Just got back from Vietnam, so have a bit of high standards now. I will go back!!

It was my first time going here bc it was recommended by a coworker. It was 95 degrees outside but pho is good whenever no matter the weather. Our server was super sweet and made sure to check on us often. I ordered the steak and brisket pho which was super flavorful especially once you add all the herbs. Their portions are a good size and they give lots of meat in the pho. Would come back here again!

Simmer offers the best Pho in town! Not just that, but their menu offers a range of Vietnamese dishes, and amazing Vietnamese iced coffee. I also highly enjoy their avocado & shrimp spring rolls. My to go order would have to be the P2, which is there a beef Pho. Additionally, everyone that I have been served by has gone out of their way to always make sure we have everything during our meal. Very lovely staff. And can I say that the establishment itself is very clean, organized, and modern. Anytime I am craving spring rolls or pho, I always tend to come here specially this location. Pho is my secret for a hangover cure.

I used to live in San Jose and thought I can't find better pho anywhere else. I'm so glad I was wrong! I've found the best pho right here. Not only the broth is tasty and didn't leave my mouth dry that need water all day, all the meats are cooked perfectly. The even better part is they are not stingy on meats! I always feel I'm full on the proteins, not the noodles. They have the best egg rolls and spring roll too. I wish I had a bigger vocabulary to describe how good it is! It's that good.
